The top floor is the Union Room, and the Trainers in there will explain, then unlock trading for you. In the basement you'll find the Global Trade Station which will allow you to make trades with any player in the world. The list of items is unnecessary, you can get a celebi with all base moves before Whitney using the tm 25 wrong pocket method.

So I managed to do this using a WiFi router. I turned off security for the router and connected my 2DS from home page settings, and set the date to May 19, Not sure if this actually matters once you change the DNS but I did it just to be safe. Once you go in and change the DNS both on DS home page and game home page and retest connection on both, it should work.

I have a question, if restart your game can you get the events again, or is it a one time thing? What am I missing? Should I try on my 3DS? Works for B2 no problem, but platinum is proving difficult. I had weird glitch… I walked into one house in first city, I forgot where I live so i checked second floor and then… Poof! My character changed into black block with a white lines or something, then it changed into black and white character and it looked like a ghost then game crash.

Was I playing hacked version or something? August 10th and working on Diamond version same phone, same method. Gonna do this to all my collection and send some of them to my Switch.

Just amazing. I have a glitch where after exiting a room, the screen would just turn black and nothing would show anymore. This happens really suddenly. Wish me luck!
